It was a great pleasure working with Mr. Johnson. He was very professional and responded to my text and emails very promptly. He deserves a 5 star rating. The dealership kind of let me down. Johnson. The Ford Blue Certified vehicle was missing a key FOB (which was corrected by DJ) and the remote control and head sets was missing from the DVD console. That wasn't corrected because it was considered an accessory per sales manager. Although, it was marked on the Ford Blue checklist as verify operable. It's hard to believe it worked when you don't have the components to verify it. More
