I started getting my truck serviced at the Camden dealership back in December 2022. This is after the Dickson Chevy Dealership was too busy to care about my truck issues. Instead of working me in b dealership back in December 2022. This is after the Dickson Chevy Dealership was too busy to care about my truck issues. Instead of working me in by March, they worked me in by that very Friday. They had the problem solved relatively quickly and the costs seemed reasonable enough. Fast forward a few months, and my 60,000 mile mark was approaching. Some guy told it was time to change out my transfer case differential fluid changed out. Having never previously owned a 4WD vehicle, I assumed the guy knew what he was talking about and that if it were going to be pricey, they would've given me an estimate of the service. When I went to retrieve my truck from my oil change/tire rotation plus this differential thing, I was shocked at a $600+ bill. I've yet to come across someone who said they've ever had this done to their vehicles. Strike one. Months pass, and I find yet another problem. This time, with error codes. I wanted to give them a chance at redemption. I supply them with the error codes. A few days later, they call to tell me they can't replicate the issue after two test drives and to come pick up my truck. These guys need to stay out of the medical field. "It does appear Aunt Susan had a stroke. Until we can see it happen, we're not going to do anything about it. That'll be $150. Good luck!" Strike two. I won't be back. More
