I had a great experience at the dealership in Daphne for my oil change. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. They checked me in quickly, explained everything clearly, and kept my oil change. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. After some initial communication technical issues, the Service Dept was very responsive and helpful. It took a while to get the part that was required to fix the issue with our Jeep Grand Cherokee, but o Service Dept was very responsive and helpful. It took a while to get the part that was required to fix the issue with our Jeep Grand Cherokee, but once the part was in hand the repair was completed very quickly. The 3% surcharge for using a credit card was a bit of a surprise but overall, working with these folks was a positive experience. More

Was awful, my son took my wagoneer in and waited 45 in the service lane with the car then had to go in and ask for help twice. Called me later but didnt leave a message so when I called the service agent the service lane with the car then had to go in and ask for help twice. Called me later but didnt leave a message so when I called the service agent back it would go to voice mail and voice mail was full so couldn't even leave a message to see what she called for. More
