The Great Lakes Subaru is amazing and the staff there are very welcoming and communicative. I got the great opportunity to experience my car buying process with Dakota Weekly. Dakota was so great he was ther very welcoming and communicative. I got the great opportunity to experience my car buying process with Dakota Weekly. Dakota was so great he was there to answer any questions i might’ve had pertaining to anything about my vehicle and he also treated me like a high valued customer throughout the whole process and made everything feel at ease. Wonderful salesman. I also would like to acknowledge a gentleman that i worked from The Great Lakes finance department by the name of “TJ”. He went above and beyond for me by getting me the best rates and numbers possible, in the end he helped me save money on my deal which i am grateful for him doing. More

We are from Michigan and found this vehicle on the Toyota.com website. I knew I wanted a Toyota Sienna to replace my Camry. Dakota Weekly was our Product Knowledge Specialist. He was very professional Toyota.com website. I knew I wanted a Toyota Sienna to replace my Camry. Dakota Weekly was our Product Knowledge Specialist. He was very professional and courteous. When I first contacted the dealership about the vehicle Dakota said it was being purchased and was not available. I requested that he please contact me if the deal fell thru. One week later I received a call that it was now available. I was so impressed he remembered and actually contacted me. We did everything via phone, email, or text. It should be noted the Toyota Sienna is very hard to find and I had contacted many dealerships looking for one. Dakota was the only person that called me back. I had been looking for several weeks. We did the financing thru our local credit union. There were no issues between the credit union and the dealership. They worked well together to get all the necessary forms completed. The dealership was efficient and responded quickly. Kyle Stanley the finance manager at the dealership handled the paperwork for the payment portion and he did a great job explaining and walking us thru all the paperwork that needed to be signed. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle all went smoothly. Dakota showed us how use all the features in the vehicle. When there were questions he did not know the answer to, he found them. He was very helpful thru the entire process of purchasing and picking up the vehicle, especially since we were so far way, He was very detail oriented pointing out features were were not aware of, such as free oil changes for the 2 years I was as little nervous about purchasing the vehicle out of state, and also sight unseen. The vehicle was clean and shiny and everything went very well! When we are in the market for another vehicle we will definitely contact Dakota again. Thank you for a good experience! More

Dakota weekly was really good.
