Car sold to me was absolute rubbish-They took my last saving I dealt with Mr. Albert Miller and Mr. Damian Fernandez on Tuesday July 7th. It was meant to be a great experience for my son first car ever! It literally turned into a nightmare very quickly! A 2016 Nissan Versa filled with garbage from top to bottom, AC box not working properly, USB not working, Antenna knocked off by their own technician, then the wrong one was ordered, hose leaking, fluids leaking, check engine lights came on, battery corrosion, radiator fluid bone dry. All of this was not told to us from the get go and the web advertisement was very deceiving. I currently reside in Riverview, FL. and have so far taken four trips over to Lakeland FL. to get this car looked at. The last time I was there I felt that the car was not safe enough for my teenage son to be driving on the highway all the way to West Palm Beach (where he resides) so I requested for a uber or a lift or take him to Riverview which is a few hours closer the GM there Paul denied our request. Then stated to me that it was a, "buy as is car". We paid $7800.00 cash for this car. Taxes, tag and fees cost us an additional $3800.00. This car has no automated locks or windows! We were told that the car would be detailed and that we would be given a full tank of gas on our second trip there. This never happened. Furthermore the icing on the cake during their pressured sales presentation to us we were made to put down and additional $1000.00 non refundable deposit! The better business bureau should investigate their business practices @ Nissan & their Headquarters should be looking into this place. Our experience there was awful! Well needless to say my son still does not have a working radio in the car nor blue tooth. We ask that it be shipped to the dealership in WPB FL. and was told that we would be charged. I subsequently took the car in to my mechanic to have it looked at, this vehicle is now costing me an additional $400.00 to be fixed approximately. Jenkins Nissan is a horrific place to be associated with. During these hard and trying times they took from me my last $7800.00 dollars that I had left in my savings account. All I wanted was honesty, decency and a first car for my child. During one of the repairs it took more than three hours and so ask for a shuttle to take myself and my son to someplace close by. Later when it was time to be picked up our shuttle driver from Nissan left for the day and according to another associate there they were contemplating leaving us stranded! On Friday july 17th i was there from 12:33 pm est till almost 7:30 pm with my son! The GM never came out of his office. We spend most of the day there in just a back and forth disorganized mess mainly in the hot Florida sun. More
