None of this was the dealers fault, and far out of their control, however Lake Ford, and my salesman Alec VanHecker, were honest, communicative, and helpful. They not only honored agreed pricing, but gave me the rebate Ford offered for customers frustrated by delays, and a few really nice gifts that were totally unexpected. I'm 100% happy with my purchase experience! More
