hey had the truck that I wanted and that is the ONLY reason I went here. If I know what I know now, I would not even go here even if it’s the last version of my truck that is left. They definitely teste reason I went here. If I know what I know now, I would not even go here even if it’s the last version of my truck that is left. They definitely tested my patience. Even drove 1.5 back to the dealer to give them something from my trade in that I DID NOT have to, but did anyways as I wanted to do the right thing. During the document signing after deciding to purchase the truck, I had mentioned to the representative (multiple times) that since it was a purchase, I would like to get the maximum # of years my truck can be registered in Delaware and I wanted to keep my military bronze star plates, which they made sure they did (keeping my old plates and I do appreciate that). However, when I received the new registration, they only registered it for whatever I already paid for in the past. I don’t care if I had to pay extra for the each additonal years, to the maximum I can get it registered(5 years for a brand new vehicle), but of course, they only care about the sale and definitely NOT THE CUSTOMER. On a different note, they also failed to install the INCLUDED tonneau cover for the truck and when I asked for a credit instead, the credit I received was lower than the price of the tonneau cover that came with the truck. They explained that it is how much they paid for the tonneau when they purchased the truck, in which I thought was a bunch of xx. If I want to purchase a tonneau cover for the truck, they wouldn’t sell it to me for that lower price. Nice dealership aesthetically, but please be mindful and clear with everything you want from them, if you do decide to go there and purchase a vehicle from them. When asked though, I pointed people away from this dealership. More
