As a woman customer, I feel he listens to what I want, how much I want to spend, is not condescend I have worked with Lonnie on two auto transactions. As a woman customer, I feel he listens to what I want, how much I want to spend, is not condescending, and has a wealth of knowledge about the brand. In fact, due to my hectic professional life, our last negotiation was done solely by email and phone communication. When it was time to sign, the whole transaction took less than 15 minutes. Plus, whenever I bring my auto in for routine service, Lonnie stops by and makes sure I am still enjoying the purchase. The service department is also exemplary. They are prompt, excellent communicators, kind and professional. More

Lonnie is an extraordinary sales person who really goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide "GREAT" service to his customers. I have personally purchased an Ecalade EXT, Ecalade, xxx and most recently an XTS. Each and every time I was very pleased with my purchase as well as how the vehicle was delivered to me with an in-depth orientation of all the car's many bells and whistles. I have looked at other Cadillac dealerships in the past; however, I returned to my first love at Crest Cadillac, because Lonnie had already earned my trust. Lonnie brings exceptional value to Crest, and I am glad that he is my #1 sales person. Hands down, Lonnie is "THE" best salesperson!
