excelllent buying experience I knew exactly what I wanted before I got to the store. They showed me the car and I was able to buy it for a couple thousand less than the Blue book I knew exactly what I wanted before I got to the store. They showed me the car and I was able to buy it for a couple thousand less than the Blue book value. The sales rep (Scott) was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. Incredibly Wonderful! Palmen GMC is an outstanding service and sales group. I got my first Yukon there, had it for 20 yesars with them taking great care of it all the way. Bought another Yukon in January, they are now caring for that one as well. I cannot say enough about Service Manager Dan First and Service Writer Jason Garon. They are so friendly, helpful and really know how to provide great customer service. Between them and the rest of the team, you always know you are in good hands with this group. My salesman, Mike Mattner, was great as well! I highly recommend this dealership! More

I’m having a recurring problem that is GMCs fault and Palmen I’m having a door molding issue that’s unusually ongoing and Palmen has been very accommodating. It’s a design flaw that’s been followed around by a circle of black cats, basically everything that could go wrong has. To compound this I’m an excessively fussy man when it comes to my vehicles and that hasn’t made things easier. Dan First and his team have been very good natured and done what they have to make this situation right. I’ll be back for my next vehicle as this really is a great dealership. More
