BUYER BEWARE! !!! I purchased a used vehicle on November 18th, at the end of that business day. Vehicle came with a 30-day warranty. (1000 miles 50/50 for major !!! I purchased a used vehicle on November 18th, at the end of that business day. Vehicle came with a 30-day warranty. (1000 miles 50/50 for major components). The signing of the paper and the inspection were brief as the dealer told me they support their cars and used cars go through a very comprehensive inspection process, (plus I wanted to respect their time for staying to the last minute to close, plus I was told hey will support me for 30-days. So, being an ethical person myself, and having a high level of trust in people, when I buy from a dealer, one would think you are covered and taken care of. (Unfortunately…. NOT a trustworthy dealer.) Just LIES! After driving it home that evening, I noticed something just didn’t seem right. I immediately called the next morning asking for support (including sent them videos of the engine issues). Sales, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Service, General Manager all ignoring my voicemails and emails, as I got passed back and forth bunches of times! The dealership staff that I dealt with, all the way up to the General Manager continues to ignore my emails and voicemails. I have gotten Ed (GM) on the phone a couple of times by paging him and waiting on hold for long amounts of time. He acted like he knows nothing about my situation, rushing the call, says he will look into to it, and rudely hangs up! Never to be heard from once again!! They dismissed my request for support and I had to put $1800 into a vehicle that I only owned for 15 hours with less than 100 miles of driving. The staff is absolutely rude. When you actually do get somebody on the phone, they quickly dismiss the call, say they will look into it and never call you back. BUYER BEWARE! . Horrible customer service!! I would never recommend buying anything from this dealership! I have purchased dozens of vehicles in my years and this by far is the worst experience I’ve ever had. They are not interested in making it right and just don’t care! 3-weeks later and zero resolution or support! They have my money though! Very sad!!! More
