I made an appointment twice and as told an hour and a half to check recall. First time I left because they said it would be a 4 hour wait. Made another appointment same issue. Appts don't mean anything . half to check recall. First time I left because they said it would be a 4 hour wait. Made another appointment same issue. Appts don't mean anything . I would have had a ride home with me if I had known it would be that long. I complained and the second time the manager offered shuttle to take me home and that solved the problem of having to wait half of a day in the waiting room. More
