Everyone I interacted with at the dealership during the transaction was friendly and professional. Matt Michelet in finance actually got me a better interest rate than my Credit Union was currently offering me. Daniel Carrichi made sure I felt comfortable pairing my electronics and using the Ram App to access all the info on my new Ram 1500 Classic. During my time at the dealership both the sales manager Cedric McHaney, and the general manager Matt Gianikas went out of their way to meet and chat with me to make sure I was getting all my questions answered and explained, in order to make an informed decision on my purchase. I actually felt like I was at one of those "we treat everybody great because nobody gets to haggle price with us dealerships".................. Except I wasn't! 😉 More
