Dishonest about loaner availability, spent $700 for my car to not be fixed. This is the second time I went in for what I thought to be a quick service. I was wrong. 1st was the express service that lasted about an hour and 15 minutes, which should've been maybe 45 minutes at th be a quick service. My service advisor kept saying I'm going to get you in and out in no time, I said ok. He had a line in express for about 15 minutes and then nothing. I watched the guy bring my vehicle up and going inside and hand him the keys. So I was thinking I'd be up and out in a few minutes. Nope 20 minutes later, I went and asked the girl at the cash out window if she had my keys so I could leave. She I'd have to go to express to get them. As soon as I walked in through the door, the service advisor goes, ooo they just finished and you're ready to go. I then questioned him about seeing the guy bring it up 35 minutes ago sitting on the bench outside handing him the keys. He replied that was another vehicle. I didn't say anything else. Second time, I needed my second key fob program, update my brakes system for a recall notice, and a tire replaced from a nail in it. You ready for this, 5 and a half hours to do that. I kid you not. The service advisor again, told me maybe 2 to 3 hours at the most. I said ok. I tried calling him and even went back to talk to him about it taking so long. He said I'll check on it and come and let you know what's going on. Nothing the first time, second time, I waited until he came back with an answer. Ooo they are changing the tire, should be ready in 10 minutes. Ha ha ha it was 35 more minutes before I got my truck to leave. I'm looking for another toyota dealership for my services from now More

Daniel always goes above and beyond for me. I’m very well known at the dealership due to past problems with my old truck. The only reason I’m back and keep coming back is due to Daniel and Efre I’m very well known at the dealership due to past problems with my old truck. The only reason I’m back and keep coming back is due to Daniel and Efren. They know how to treat people, get things done, and provide world-class customer service all at once. Your tire representative wouldn’t price match tires that I needed because he had to have letterhead documentation from the other business in order to match online pricing.
