Bought a Highlander from T of B a little over a year ago. Very happy with the car. Got a text from T of B last week that tires needed to be rotated. Then got a call from a call service to schedule appoint Very happy with the car. Got a text from T of B last week that tires needed to be rotated. Then got a call from a call service to schedule appointment. Set up appointment for today (Wed, April 30, 2025) and drove 45 minutes (30 miles) for appointment. I arrived and the service consultant tells me that my tires are not due for another 3000 miles and that the service technician that changed oil and rotated tires last time forgot to reset the maintenance reminder. Wasted 2 hours of my day and 60 miles of gas. More
