We have attempted to purchase a new 350 RX from Westside three other times, and bought elsewhere. We were there to service my vehicle. Jessica greeted us and let us look at new vehicles and answered any que three other times, and bought elsewhere. We were there to service my vehicle. Almost every time I’ve been here I’ve had really terrible experiences. I called and got on waitlist for GX and received so updates for months and even when I rescheduled out, all I got was “you’re still on t experiences. I called and got on waitlist for GX and received so updates for months and even when I rescheduled out, all I got was “you’re still on the list”. After a couple of months of calling and emailing I finally got my deposit back. I then decided to go with a larger version the TX and went elsewhere for the purchase. I brought my new car in for service and specified on the phone that I needed the loaner. They said okay you need an appointment before 11 to get one, when I arrived for my 10:30am appointment, I waited 30 minutes to meet with a rep to say they were going to start my service, I said I okay where do I go for the loaner and they said a loaner car was not noted and there were no more available. I had a 4 month old at home I needed to feed so I was unable to wait. I had to reschedule for the following week. Daniel was great the following week and I was in and out with my loaner in 20 mins. More
