We have attempted to purchase a new 350 RX from Westside three other times, and bought elsewhere. We were there to service my vehicle. Almost every time I’ve been here I’ve had really terrible experiences. I called and got on waitlist for GX and received so updates for months and even when I rescheduled out, all I got was “you’re still on t experiences. After a couple of months of calling and emailing I finally got my deposit back. I then decided to go with a larger version the TX and went elsewhere for the purchase. I brought my new car in for service and specified on the phone that I needed the loaner. They said okay you need an appointment before 11 to get one, when I arrived for my 10:30am appointment, I waited 30 minutes to meet with a rep to say they were going to start my service, I said I okay where do I go for the loaner and they said a loaner car was not noted and there were no more available. I had a 4 month old at home I needed to feed so I was unable to wait. I had to reschedule for the following week. Daniel was great the following week and I was in and out with my loaner in 20 mins. More
