While my car was in service from Saturday till Monday morning I used a vehicle that Josh gave me, so, it was good expirience and tes-drive of Lexus RX 350, now I know, which car I am going to by next year.

My experience was extremely pleasant. Kyle Pender and all of the personnel I interacted with were curteous and kind. Kyle is very knowledgeable of the Lexus auto models and helped me to decide what exactly I wanted. My experience when I picked up my new vehicle was very positive. Kyle helped me to set up the Bluetooth connections as well as the other electronic features of the vehicle.

Mike Schaeffer was also very good to work with and helped with recommendations for additional options while signing finance papers.

I would definitely recommend Westside Lexus to friends and coworkers as well as sending them directly to Kyle.

The personal attention recieved and efforts put in to please the customer was outstanding. I was not happy with the first car I bought, i was facilitated nicely for an alternate option.

Alex was very easy to work with. He found the exact vehicle we wanted. He spent time to fully inform me about the vehicle, worked with us on the price and gave me a full "exit briefing" showing me how to operate everything who my service advisor will be, and who to contact with audio questions.

This is the third Lexus we purchased from Westside. The reasons are (1) the quality of the Lexus product, (2) the positive experience we had with Alex on our previous purchase, and (3) Dave Haas our service consultant. Our Lexus experience has been first class throughout.

I called before my visit. The salesman Moe, checked out the vehicles I had seen in their on-line inventory. He called when he said he would with accurate information. Super nice guy but not too pushy. I never had to walk around the lot like some dealers have you do. The car I wanted to look at was brought to the door for me. Financing went further than they needed to getting my payment to where I wanted it to be. I would definitely recommend Westside Lexus.
