If you knew the experience I had with a Pryor dealership you would understand the stress that I was under trying to purchase a vehicle. When you come to a place of business, you do expect a reasonable amount of professionalism. The two gentlemen that I dealt with went above and beyond that and made my experience less stressful. Sam was exceptional to work with. No high pressure sales. He was direct and to the point and respectful. I asked for an aggressive OTD number and he didn’t make me go back and forth w No high pressure sales. He was direct and to the point and respectful. I asked for an aggressive OTD number and he didn’t make me go back and forth with him all day. He worked hard to get the deal done and I appreciate that. The finance department was a slightly disappointing interaction (no fault of Sam). The finance manager I worked with ultimately was fine, but was unprofessional at times, telling me he “hated” that I refused to buy an extended warranty or pre-paid maintenance because he “just wanted to save me money”. I understand that selling those services are part of his job, but for a premium brand like Acura, I expect more professional interaction. That being said, Sam was wonderful and the process overall at Ed Martin was smooth and pleasant. More
