I brought my F-150 in for brake pads and a tire balancing/rotation via an appointment at 08:00 and was told it was a 3-hr. job, so I decided to wait at the dealership. At 09:30, the service lady t balancing/rotation via an appointment at 08:00 and was told it was a 3-hr. job, so I decided to wait at the dealership. At 09:30, the service lady told me I needed front brake pads (which I already knew) and some rear brake actuator repair, and again told me I would be out of there by 11:00. At 11:16, she told me it would be another hour. I noticed no one was actually working on my vehicle in the bay and confronted the service crew several times about the time delay. I didn’t get my truck back until after 3:00. The service lady lied to me and never told me I needed front rotors as well as pads. My final bill was over $1k. I will NEVER bring my truck back to Purvis and based on my experience, I will go to another Ford dealer when I buy my new truck next year. More

Service dept is average at best. Work may be ok but takes exceedingly longer than normal nearly 2 hrs for oil change on one occasion. Had some brake repairs on another occasion than was told would take 2hrs to complete. Was almost 4hrs before my truck was ready. Kept checking on status at the 3hr mark and was always told the tech was “finishing up”. More

We were told if we paid for the diagnostics that we would know the issues of the vehicle and be able to get it fixed. We had it tested and still came up with no answers .waste of our time and our MONEY. The know the issues of the vehicle and be able to get it fixed. I have bought several brand new vehicles from them in the past at least for brand new, but that has come to an end after this. More

Service to my vehicle was provided efficiently and well. Dealer has a fairly short limit on distance to provide rides. This is a significant inconvenience in a spread out area. Took my car in for the Works. Was told that they couldn't rotate my tires because one of the lug nuts wouldn't come off. When I got home and check it out. It appeared the lug nut in question, was stripped wh rotate my tires because one of the lug nuts wouldn't come off. When I got home and check it out. It appeared the lug nut in question, was stripped while trying to remove it. I then was able to just remove it when a pair of needle nose pliers. It's a little strange, to say the least... Sincerely.
