Floor manager horrible towards women Bought a used truck from them over the weekend. They have a good selection of new and used cars, our sales person was a decent guy, BUT the floor mana Bought a used truck from them over the weekend. If they did not have the exact truck I was looking for I would have flipped him off and walked. He has the most "used car salesman" attitude I have ever interacted with. He refused to get the keys to another car for my wife to look at since it was out of our price range, although she said that she just wanted to sit inside to see if that make/model is what she would be looking for. And that is after I had to direct him to her twice, it is 2019 and he treated a female like car salesmen did 30 years ago. When I started to negotiate on a used truck with a $34,533 price tag, he said they could only come down to $34,500. $33, that's right, $33 off, or 0.1% off asking price. How insulting could this manager get, and his rational did not apply to the truck I was purchasing ie: "well almost all the used cars have brand new tires and that is why we cannot come down in price" The truck did not have new tires. After walking away they came down more. I did still purchase the truck once again, because it was exactly what I was looking for. But I cannot recommend this dealer to anyone due to Floor Manager Daniel and how they treated my wife. They sucked the joy out of my new truck, what an awful experience. Update: sales people told me that my sales price was complete out the door, no other fees (sale price, tax, title, tags). But then since I do not live in the same county as the dealership I have to pay $60 for tags. Not a lot of money, but just one more thing that adds to the negative review, they lied. More

Safe with Saif! I stopped by your dealership on the way back from looking at yet another truck on Craigslist that wasn’t what it had claimed to be. Tired of wasting o I stopped by your dealership on the way back from looking at yet another truck on Craigslist that wasn’t what it had claimed to be. Tired of wasting our time looking at truck after truck on Craigslist my wife suggested we just stop and look at your pre owned dealership. I’m just simply not a dealership guy... never have been. I always had my reservations about going in and getting the hard sale and paying to much, but with me being tire of the junk out there as well... I decided to just go in for a minute and see what you had. I left the wife in the car knowing I would only be a few minutes. About twenty minutes later she called me on my phone...” just a few more minutes and I’ll be out”. You see... what I planned on looking for was a used truck... what I found was Saif. He was so friendly and ushered me in to sit down... (I'm thinking oh great he got me to sit down) we spoke for a few minutes and I shared with him what I was looking for in a truck and the price range. He said,” let’s see what we have on the lot” ( I braces myself for the up sale...) it didn’t happen. Saif showed me a few trucks... we laughed... we talked... it was such a fun no pressure experience. Finally Saif said, “ We don’t have what you want, but I can keep an eye out for you and call you?” I said okay, but I thought I probably would not hear from him again. Two days later Saif called me and told me he found my truck. I said, “ Great! What is it? Saif said,”it’s the truck you want!” I said, “ Yes I got that part, but what is the truck? “ Again Saif said, “ Just come see it... it’s the truck you said you wanted.” Any other time had a salesperson told me this I would have most likely hung up the phone, but Saif had built such a repore with me I paused for a moment surprised at myself and said okay. I called my wife and her told Saif found me a truck... I don’t know what it is... I don’t know what color it is... all I know is it’s the truck I told Saif I wanted. She laughed at me and together we went to see Saif and my knew truck. And You know what... it was everything I wanted! I went searching for a truck and what I found was a friend that helped me find that truck. Saif was amazing and so was the rest of the staff we had the pleasure of dealing with. I simply cannot say enough good things about Saif. Your product is not your vehicles... it’s your people. The vehicles are a great bonus (I love my Truck) but I was sold on your people. Thank you Saif and thank you to your company for helping me find my truck! More
