First of all my interest rate when I left was 9%, by the time I woke up in the morning it was 11.35%… how does that even happen? Not to mentioned you charged me $1200 for detailing yet I found the entire ro time I woke up in the morning it was 11.35%… how does that even happen? Not to mentioned you charged me $1200 for detailing yet I found the entire roof of the truck covered in tree sap and foreign substances and stains as well as dog hair all over the interior! If you’re gonna charge me for detailing then actually clean it! More
