Dropped off my Toyota rav4 hybrid xle2020 on 25 March 2025 for recall customer care, :and pick up 22 August 2025 Friday,it took six months !!!!! Daniella advisor call me only one time and told me “ Your 2025 for recall customer care, :and pick up 22 August 2025 Friday,it took six months !!!!! Daniella advisor call me only one time and told me “ Your car needs new brakes and the price is 1200. Do you want it? I said -no .Next day Saturday 7:50am-on my way to work after driving 5 miles! my car indicates check engine lights on with msg contact Toyota service and emergency light not work also ! Called Toyota advisor Daniella and she told me to bring my car Monday morning. After weekend -Monday morning 7:30 August 25, 2025 dropped off my Toyota rav4 hybrid and Daniella advisor told me “it is problem with car and technician try figure what’s going on. iAfter 10 am left Crestmont Toyota with rented car and today is August 28,2025 and don’t have any calls from my advisor Daniella. Not sure yet what’s going on. More
