Great experience I am so pleased with my experience with John Fahey at Allen Turner Chevrolet. I had purchased a new vehicle at a different dealership and had instant I am so pleased with my experience with John Fahey at Allen Turner Chevrolet. I had purchased a new vehicle at a different dealership and had instant remorse. I began searching for a new vehicle to replace my new vehicle and found the 2018 Chevy Malibu. I entered Allen Turner Chevrolet & was introduced to John Fahey who listened to my story and allowed me to test drive the Malibu I saw online. John's knowledge of the vehicle is remarkable. He patiently walked with me to see the other colors the Malibu comes in as I was torn between a couple. I saw the white one, my white one, and the deal was done! I never felt pressured (as I did at the other dealership), I always felt like they had my best interests in mind (thank you to both John & Danny Hawkins), and I didn't feel rushed even though they were extremely busy. I am happy with my Malibu! I have and will continue to refer people to see John Fahey @ Allen Turner Chevrolet and we will be back in the future! More

Found the perfect Chevy! I walked in with an open mind, and Liz was great with showing me several trucks, new and used, and a great variety. Danny was super quick and informative with the paperwork. After looking at everything I drove home in my dream truck, a 2018 Silverado Z71 Duramax! What a great truck and the price could NOT be beat by several dealerships in the area (I tried). I will be back next year when it's time to buy a new family car! More

Great people I went in with my eyes set on a 2014 Silverado and a lot of negative equity. Not only did they work with that they put me in a brand spankin new one. I was able to take it home the evening i went and came back the next to sign the papers. Miracle workers with good personalities is what id say. My reason for four stars is because of the carelessness of one of the salesman who damaged the vehicle while pulling it around for me to drive. With that being said they were very willing to do whatever i wanted about it. More

Well worth the 3 hour drive. Liz took care of us and answered all of our questions before we made the 3 hour drive. 2017 Silverado Purchase Steven was very knowledgeable. Apparently all new trucks aren't equipped with keyless entry. I should have confirmed prior to purchase.
