I purchased a vehicle from this dealership last week and had a seamless experience from selection to customer service to finance. Manny Valdez and Juan Carols Valdez were the salesmen. Dealerships need more teams like these two associates!! They weren’t overbearing, they knew the inventory from new to used. My Dad has sold trucks since the 1980’s, so no one is pulling a fast one on me. He’s 76 and still in sales at Summit in Lowell. I highly recommend these salesman and this dealership. Juan was so polite and friendly and was helping two families at one time seamlessly. Even the finance guy was nice and not stuffy - we’ve bought a lot of vehicles, and finance can make or break a dealership. We had him laughing. My husband and I enjoyed this sale. Not many people can walk out of buying a vehicle and say that. This team made that possible. Juan made sure our time was not wasted. I can’t say thank you enough. Landers, you’ve got good salesman who believe in your brand and more importantly in treating people with kindness. I’ll be back for my next vehicle in time. Thank you, Juan! Thank you, Manny! This is the third vehicle I've purchased from here. I tried McClarty Daniels, worst place to buy a car coming from personally experience. Superior Buick I was tempted to buy a car from there but when I tried to inquire about car it seemed like everyone was put out and not really wanting to sell a vehicle. I'm my opinion if they are too lazy and if they're to lazy to sell a car they aren't gonna do much to make the price right (screw them) now landers has always had a close friends feeling. Very comfortable and willing to work with you on numbers making love easier, much more easier. This is why I've chosen landers and will stay loyal even if I move away I'll come back to buy a car from them, that's how strongly I stand by them. Thank you for being so cool More
