Came to veterans ford looking for a used vehicle on their lot. Honestly didn't want to be bothered (we know how car salesman can be), just get a view of the car solo and then go from there. As I was walking around Charles introduced himself to me and asked if he could be of assistance, I told him my intentions and he made it happen and I drove off with the car that day, even fixed some minor details post sale to my satisfaction.
