Avoid! Spent $20k on a car which the overly pushy sales staff repeatedly assured us was in perfect condition, had just had full servicing and no problems wh Spent $20k on a car which the overly pushy sales staff repeatedly assured us was in perfect condition, had just had full servicing and no problems whatsoever. Within a week we had a list of ten problems. Service team made some fixes but said they needed sales team approval for the rest. Over the next 2 months we spent countless time calling the service team for an update. Left voice mails and was promised a return call on at least 15 occasions (no exaggeration) but we were continually ghosted. When we were interesting in buying the car, we were bombarded with calls about how we would miss out, when we needed it repaired… nothing. Eventually went to the dealership in person. Vincenzo the manager told me the repairs had been denied but they would fix the issues for $150. I refused on the basis we’d spent $20k on a faulty car we had been assured had no issues. Vincenzo laughed in my face and told me I should have bought a new car. Avoid at all costs. They will lie and do anything to force a sale, and then completely ignore you and disrespect you once they have your money. More
