I visited Mossy Nissan in Poway for service a few weeks ago and was truly impressed by how friendly and helpful the entire team was. As a recent college graduate looking to buy my first new car, if I can convince my dad into relinquishing my current car for a new one. I was a bit nervous to look around because I was not buying this day. But Drew took the time to show me some Rogues. I know he got wrapped up in showing another customer a car I believe his appointment. Gabe a very charming Finance guy took the next opportunity to show me around and answer all my questions. I dont think his job was to show me around, I felt bad. But glad he did, very handsome and easy on the eyes. I did noticed he had alot of paperwork to do that was on his desk and i took him from that. He was straight forward, outgoing, and easy to talk to—plus, anyone who rocks cowboy boots and looks that good gets my trust! I left feeling comfortable and welcomed, and I know this is the only dealership I’ll go to when I’m ready to purchase later this year.
