Everything about the car shopping and buying experience at Honda of Freehold wa superb, with one exception. After agreeing on the deal with the GM (handshake and all) I sat down with the business (finance) at Honda of Freehold wa superb, with one exception. After agreeing on the deal with the GM (handshake and all) I sat down with the business (finance) manager to finish up the paperwork. He tried to pull a fast one by trying to "hide" the MV fees, telling me that my up-front payment was "just the first month lease payment and MV fees". Thought he could fool me - the MV fees for an EV in NJ is over $1k. When I said I agreed on all fees and taxes rolled into the deal, he tried to convince me that all, EXCEPT MV. There was no EXCEPT in the deal that I shook on with the GM. I was ready to either talk to the GM or walk. He changed his tune really quickly.. Watch out for this guy!!! All others are top notch and straight up. More

Everyone was so nice and helpful, but we expected to get more time to explain how the car is working. We had two old Honda. The new car is full of technology; therefore, we wished to get more instructions. more time to explain how the car is working. We had two old Honda. The Honda representee was so busy with other costumers and they told us call back if you have any question We spent more than $41,000 on this car, and we would have liked them to have taken the time to explain to us on the site how the new technology works. As I wrote everyone was helpful but there was little time for one customer. Anyway, we like our new car. Thank for Honda. More
