I sat in the car with a delivery person who was very patient with me and helped me understand all the options on the vehicle. I completed the paperwork with Dan and was out the door....I have been driving the car all afternoon...I also met my service consultant and know that he will take great care of my car and keep it in great shape. Car salesmen can sometimes be very pushy but Darryl was extremely patient with us and answered every question we had with honesty and professionalism. His knowledge, courtesy, and willingness to help in any way he could to make the process easy was an unexpected precedent for me. He was true to what he told us early on and no unexpected changes occurred as we worked through the purchasing process. He even offered to bring a key to the new car that we didn't get with the car to our home.
