Visiting Colonial Mazda of Danbury was such a great experience in purchasing a car. Adam Dean was a great car salesman, he was fun and enthusiastic. He made sure to find the right car for me and went experience in purchasing a car. Adam Dean was a great car salesman, he was fun and enthusiastic. He made sure to find the right car for me and went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Adam was definitely an ideal salesman with not being pushy whatsoever and made buying my first car a great experience. In addition, he helped me negotiate the pricing of my Subaru Legacy with his boss, Dave Adam, who also helped making buying my car possible. The generosity and friendlyness didn't stop after I drove my car off the lot, if I ever had a problem no matter how small or big it was, Adam made time to help me out. I had a problem with my splashguard and Adam brought it around back, and it was fixed in no time. Truly cares about his customers and loves his job to make it a fun experience as it should be. I've recommended Colonial Mazda to my family and friends because I was so satisfied. Good work guys! More

Initially we were not thinking of purchasing/leasing another Mazda, we were going to continue shopping around. When we dropped off our lease (which was due) we found ourselves creeping over to another another Mazda, we were going to continue shopping around. When we dropped off our lease (which was due) we found ourselves creeping over to another Mazda (CX-5). The next thing we knew, we were taking a test drive and low and behold are now leasing ANOTHER Mazda. I would have never believed that purchasing/leasing a car could possibly be a pleasant experience, however this dealership and the sales personnel that we dealt with, definitely proved otherwise! I bought my used Toyota from Adam Dean at Colonial Mazda 3 years ago and have been servicing it regularly there since. My buying experience was delightful and Adam has always been available to answer my que 3 years ago and have been servicing it regularly there since. My buying experience was delightful and Adam has always been available to answer my questions about the car. It's refreshing to be treated with respect and honesty during the otherwise stressful time of buying a vehicle. Lynne is always bright and cheerful when I bring my Corolla in for oil changes and Jeremy the Service Manager is thorough in his explanations of what should be done. Adam even brought me to the Supermarket while I waited for my brakes to be done last winter. I have brought members of my family to Adam and he has helped each one get into something that fits their budgets and needs. Many thanks Adam and Colonial Mazda! More

Colonial Mazda is more than just another car dealership, they treat you like family. They are not happy until you are satisfied whether they are selling you a car or servicing your vehicle. I have purcha they treat you like family. They are not happy until you are satisfied whether they are selling you a car or servicing your vehicle. I have purchased two vehicles in the last 5 years from them and will purchase my third. The employees are friendly and always greet you with a smile and warm welcome. The service department thoroughly explains what service is being performed on your vehicle in terms you can understand. The sales department is very helpful without being pushy. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Mazda. More

I have come to Colonial Mazda since 2009 and can say with confidence that this dealership delivers on customer service vs. any other dealerships I have been to. Their flexibility with my schedule is very acc confidence that this dealership delivers on customer service vs. any other dealerships I have been to. Their flexibility with my schedule is very accommodating when it comes to making my appointment and I've never had an unnecessary waiting time. I have only purchased one vehicle so far but plan on purchasing my future vehicles from this dealership for the sole reasons of how they treat their customers. Thank you and all of the staff! More
