MY HUSBAND AND I BOUGHT OUR 2008 JEEP PATRIOT FROM DAVE BALDWIN. SINCE THEN WE HAVE PURCHASED A FIAT IN JUNE OF 2011 FROM EDGAR FLLOYD, HOWEVER WHEN WE TALKED TO DAVE FIRST, HE REFERRED US TO EDGA BECAUSE HE KNEW MOORE ABOUT FIATS. WE JUST PAURCHASED A 2021 JEEP COMPASS FROM DAVE BALDWIN. HE MAKES THE ENTIRE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE VERY ENJOYABLE. WE RECCOMEND DAVE TO EVERYONE WE TALK TO. HE IS GREAT!!!!

The gentelmen I dealt with were exceptional in there desire to find what I was looking for, and they did it with Disney type customer service. Interestly Jeff came by while we were closing the deal and said you must be tough customers, it looks like it takes 2 of my salespeople to make the deal. My wife and I really appreciated his humor. Both men were great, but Dave has complete the final steps of the deal with the greatest professionalism and friendlyness. We really appreciate him and would deal with him any time in the future that we need a car.
While doing this I may as well plug the service department who has serviced my van that I purchased at D'Ambrosio's several years ago. I have been nothing but satisfied and will continue to use your service department. Thanks for a great experience.

My Review of Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group:
We originally leased a Jeep Patriot in October 2011, the car was not what we expected and we contacted Paul Fielder. Paul told us to be patient, he was waiting for Jeep to run specials on the Patriot. At first I thought he was just blowing our requests off, but I was wrong. Paul came through big time, he replaced the car and kept the pricing in the range that we could afford. At the time of pick-up we were introduced to Dave Baldwin. Dave was fantastic, no detail was too small when explaining this vehicle. Dave took time to answer our questions and showed us the car and the dealership from top to bottom. Thank you guys for turning a negative situation into a positive one.

We had a fantastic experience with the purchase and build of our brand new RAM 3500 truck. We put together what we wanted and they ordered it for us to be built. We didn't have to wait any longer than they estimated the truck's arrival would be. The truck is beautiful and we are loving it. We have purchased probably 10 vehicles from Jeff D'Ambrosio auto dealerships over the last 12 years and we have always had outstanding service and everyone, I mean everyone, has always gone out of their way to make our sales experiences as well as our service experiences to be great ones. We have known Alfie for most of the 12 years mentioned above and he has always done us right. This time he sent us to Dave Baldwin and again the experience was overwhelmingly positive. We look forward to driving our new truck for many years and hope that any future purchases can be from D'Ambrosio dealerships. Thanks to everyone who we worked with this time around. First time buyers at D'Ambrosio Auto Group. They are a very friendly and well run
group. Our experience started by getting an internet quote from Jennifer who is
very friendly and easy to work with. When we arrived at the dealership she had given
a coy of the quote to Dave Baldwin who had expedited the paperwork for the vehicle.
Mr. Baldwin did an outstanding job, getting all the paperwork completed as well as
explaining in detail the process. Great job Dave!! Also Jack Caroselli followed up with a thank you call and Mr. D'Ambrosio took time to talk with us.
This autogroup will be successful because they have team work and team work means success.
