I have been a loyal GM customer for 65 years. My family has over 200 years of working at several assembly centers. This is the first time I ever had catastrophic issues with the engine and transmission. It took about 8 weeks to complete the repairs. Then the a/c didn't work because it needed to be recharged. I feel this dealership needs to be upgraded. The parking was very cramped and the showroom and service center is old and outdated. Dave, the service manager, was very rude to me. He talked down to me like was an uninformed, dumb woman. Not good!! Tim and Kaitlin were courteous and respectful. More
