Friendly Dealership I've been associated with Citrus Kia for the past five years and have found that from the Service Department to the Sales Department, everyone is supe I've been associated with Citrus Kia for the past five years and have found that from the Service Department to the Sales Department, everyone is super friendly and helpful. I've purchased two Sedonas and not been hasseled, haggled, or pushed in any way to make a purchase. Just tell them what you're looking for they have it in stock. The service department has done all of my oil changes and upkeep and we're on first name bases. I would highly recomment Citrus Kia for future car buyers. More

Four-peat buyers I owned a KIA Sedona from 2007-09, my mom has owned 2 KIA Optimas. We traded in my car & hers for our' new 2015 KIA Sedona! We love how tight the car I owned a KIA Sedona from 2007-09, my mom has owned 2 KIA Optimas. We traded in my car & hers for our' new 2015 KIA Sedona! We love how tight the car drives, the large roomy interior (enough for neighbors, luggage, dogs, etc.) all the wonderful automated features like the self-closing side doors, LOVE the convenient storage places. But the main reason this deal was done was the wonderful experiences we had not only with Paul Taracatac on this sale, but also our positive experiences with our past Citrus KIA purchases and excellent service after every one of the cars were out the door. Actually it is everyone we have ever worked with. John Keegan is the main man, we have bought 4 KIAS from Citrus Kia and John has sold us 3. He is easy to work with and ALWAYS does his utmost to give us what we want. Never pushy, all you need to do is ask. He will do what ever possible to meet your requests. Once you buy your car the next important group is service, after the quality cars the service is what brings us back. They are courteous, fast and do the work properly. We have never had a complaint about them. We had a gasket around our bug deflector come lose. While in for some updates they replaced bug deflector to make sure it was done right. This brings us to management, the quality of the care you get is directly attributed to the quality of management. If management is bad the people are not happy and that effects how they appear to the public. This is a 5 star establishment and you see it the minute you walk through the. We had a person hit our car and when we brought it in for repairs they treated us like royalty from beginning to end. Purchasing of Kia SUV Since buying our last car at your dealership and enjoying it for 8yrs we decided to stay with a Kia. As soon as Steve introduced himself we knew right away that we wanted to deal with him. After many phones between he and our son whom he had to deal with, and showing us several different kinds of SUVs we sealed the deal. Unexpected Great Experience I have not car shopped for 13 years. I had my hackles up waiting for the hard sell and pushy salesmen. Didn't happen. Kevin Bell helped me with my first contact with a salesman. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Citrus KIA to anyone and everyone. I came back to visit Kevin a few times before I made my decision. He never was pushy and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I feel comfortable that I bought my car from him and can contact him with questions I may have. More
