North country ford Lincoln has a wonderful service departmen I brought my Tbird in without an appointment because it wouldn’t hold a charge. They were extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. They made it right Initially I was VERY disappointed in the service I received. I had to return because the part needed was not in stock. When I got there the second tim Initially I was VERY disappointed in the service I received. I had to return because the part needed was not in stock. When I got there the second time they had to reprint my service form and I was asked how much I was quoted. I had not been given anything in writing so it could have Ben $300- 1009 for all I knew. Did not feel like a valued customer. However once I talked with Tom the Service manager her made sure I left a satisfied customer More

Focus Transmission sucks I bought my new 2013 Focus Ti from North Country Ford. Since then I’ve had at least 4 clutch replacements (shudder). Based on history, the car will ru I bought my new 2013 Focus Ti from North Country Ford. Since then I’ve had at least 4 clutch replacements (shudder). Based on history, the car will run smoothly for about a year, then start to shudder, again. Love the car and all of its Ti goodies. Transmission sucks!! More

The Best!!!! 25+ years of great service is our experience. Again when we needed some work done, took care of it, gave us a loaner, car was done promptly and retur 25+ years of great service is our experience. Above and Beyond!!! I recently brought my Escape in for service and found out that there was a problem with my extended warranty. The error went back to the dealersip in I recently brought my Escape in for service and found out that there was a problem with my extended warranty. The error went back to the dealersip in Michigan where I bought the vehicle in 2013. When the work was input it showed that the warranty had expired in 2016 instead of 2020, as it should have. Tom Glansman was extremely helpful in assisting me in getting the error rectified. He even spoke with the Michigan dealership on my behalf. Every time we bring a vehicle into North Country Ford, Tom treats us with such courtesy. He is professional, efficient and helpful. Tom is the main reason we keep coming back. You can count on him to go above and beyond to make sure our experience is a good one. Dave Christopher also does a great job, he is easy to get hold of and always keeps us informed throughout the service process. More
