Replaced obviously damaged battery bolts, so damaged ther would fall out of the battery on 2 occasions. This seems such an obvvious failure if quality control. ( I was able to find replacement bolts at O'Reillys less than 10 minutes away) while the service rep claims it would take 5 days, hence the shoddy sevice. I cant trust this place with a simple oil change. Never coming back and making a complaint with state auto services Plus, they charged 6 times the cost of a cabin air filter I later found to be available for $15. Ive long be suspicious of the overpricing but failure on 2 account with magled battery connections is too much. Never returning!. More

Service was great, however I wish there was better communication with the shuttle. We were told to call the shuttle to pick us up ourselves (unlike the previous time) and the shuttle didn’t pick up. They didn’t have a ride arranged for us and we had to find our own ride. Aside from this, everything else was great. =) More
