My name is David Isaac. I am 46 years old and have been in the car business for 24 years as either a salesman or sales manager. I have a vast knowledge of vehicles, and I try to use that knowledge to serve my customers. My career goal is to make my customers "customers for life" by giving them unconditional great service, before, during and especially after the purchase of their new or preowned vehicle. My customers can count on me to take care of their automotive needs for many years to come here at Sapaugh. Unless the PGA golf tour calls me and says "we are looking for guys who can barely shoot par", I will be here at Sapaugh forever. Thank you for your consideration and I hope to see you in the future.

The "finance guy" we talked to after we decided to buy the car, is an old school, high pressure salesman. He needs to learn when to shut up and let the customers mull over and discuss with each to buy the car, is an old school, high pressure salesman. He needs to learn when to shut up and let the customers mull over and discuss with each other the different options (maintenance agreement, tire/wheel ins., lost key ins., etc.) instead of stepping up the pressure, almost making us feel like idiots for even questioning whether or not to add additional insurance charges to the contract, on which we will pay interest for several years. This wasn't our "first rodeo". I am 58 and my husband is 63. This guy came very close to causing me to say "Screw it" and walk out. We have been looking for a car we could afford for our son for quite some time and this car was a good buy, so I clenched my teeth and finished the paperwork. BTW: We already found out the tire/wheel ins. is bogus. Presented as "Any problem with a tire or wheel that is damaged, this will take care of it. WRONG Our son struck a sign when he turned into a driveway. Among the damage was a broken wheel and flat tire. We called about the tire ins. and guess what - it only pays if our collision insurance ins. doesn't. That was left out in the sales pitch. Oh well... One last comment: Dave Isaac does a nice job. He knows how to relate to customers, was honest about his knowledge of the condition of the car, gave us the facts and let us have time to decide and most important: didn't have us stuck there for six hours with haggling over the price. We would happily buy a car from Dave Isaac again. The finance guy may know his stuff but he needs to lighten up. Today's customers don't like being told what to do. Give us the information and let us make an intelligent, informed decision. Thanks More

I had a great experience purchasing my used car from Sapaugh Motors. Dave Isaac was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was professional, unbelievably friendly, upfront, and straight forward ab Sapaugh Motors. Dave Isaac was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was professional, unbelievably friendly, upfront, and straight forward about the used vehicle I was buying. I feel I was given the best price I could have found, hands down. I purchased this car through the internet, never having seen the car in person. Dave was very honest about the car and sent as many photos as I requested. He took care of everything, even arranging for the shipping of the car directly to me, 5 states away. The Dealership was very accommodating to any and all my requests, helping me feel comfortable with my purchase before and after receiving it. If Dave could make me comfortable enough to buy a car from a dealer so far away, I know he can make anyone happy with their purchase. Thanks Dave Isaac and GM Country, I LOVE MY CAR!!!! More

Overall, I had an excellent experience. I was looking for a specific car (Saturn Vue) with a certain number of miles, extras, and price. I drove a few and narrowed it down to one. I had a good idea of for a specific car (Saturn Vue) with a certain number of miles, extras, and price. I drove a few and narrowed it down to one. I had a good idea of what my trade-in was worth, so David and I negotiated a bit. I think I could have gotten a little better deal, but I thought the price was fair, so we shook hands. The car came with one remote control, and I wanted two. Someone there mentioned that a second remote would cost about $100. David heard that and told him that it would be "no charge". I appreciate that. I got the feeling that if I had real problems with the car, Sapaugh would take care of it, or at least, negotiate a repair price. After all it is a used car and, therefore, not perfect. Parts dept. had to order a remote. so I couldn't get one the same day. When I went back to get it the next day, the service manager had me in and out in a hurry. He couldn't haved been nicer. I really got the impression that everyone I dealt with was really interested in making me a happy customer. They weren't just acting. I was also nice to get a hand written note from the general manager ( I think it was from the GM). Nice touch. I'm very happy with the car and would not hesitate to recommend Sapaugh. The reason I wound up there in the first place is first of all, the radio ads. If it were not for the ads, Sapaugh would not have been on my list. The second reason is price. I did a lot of research on line and Sapaugh seemed to be lower on the vehicle I was looking for. Bill Lembeck More
