We ordered a new Cross trek, and their delivery date was very close to the presumed date. When we picked up our new Cross trek, our salesgirl went over every part of the car, including electronics and mechanics. After about 3 weeks of delivery, Faulkner set up and overview for any questions that we might have with the electronics or anything else with our new car. Overall, the buying experience at Faulkner Subaru was a very pleasant one. More

When a small nick was detected after the work was done, it was corrected at no cost. Then 2 small paint chips were detected, those were fixed quickly also. Staff was very friendly.
