Quick and courteous with competitive pricing My wife and I had a great experience. We worked with Dave Labrecque and will certainly do so again in the future. He was not aggressive and worked with us to get the deal we needed. Everyone we spoke with was professional and courteous. We never felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of us. Pricing was aggressive and Dave and the team worked hard to earn our business. The finance team did a great job too -- they were not aggressive or pushy. I recommend Kelly Ford with zero hesitations -- we will certainly be back. More

Bait and switch I agreed upon a price with a salesman via email and after I drove the truck and wanted to run numbers they told me the price on the internet was wrong I agreed upon a price with a salesman via email and after I drove the truck and wanted to run numbers they told me the price on the internet was wrong by $5k and there was nothing else they could do. Complete waste of my time, I wouldn't deal with this dealership ever again!! More
