classic old style draw out car buying experience! Wow what to say about the experience I had at Bredemann Toyota, They had the only Black Toyota Sienna SE Premium near me. So I show up to buy said sie Wow what to say about the experience I had at Bredemann Toyota, They had the only Black Toyota Sienna SE Premium near me. So I show up to buy said sienna, with a true car, USAA and Edmund price quote and a stack of paperwork and emails from their Internet sales department. Even with a mountain of written evidence these jokers would not honor the price. I had a USAA check in hand but they made me sign a contract just in case the financing fell thru. The salesman Dave Lurie hit on the USAA representive when he called for a payoff quote in all these clowns fumbled and misrepresented numbers like it was their first day. Then when it was time to sign I had to renegotiate a remote car starter, wireless headphones, and the remote for the blu-ray player!!! Really this car dealer’s staff are basic criminals if I had a different option I would have left about two minutes in. so a word to the wise read and re read everything, be ready for a very long drawn out car buying experience and don’t shop here thinking you are ever getting a deal. They will just say yes and type up what ever they feel like putting down and hope that you do not notice. More
