Went in to look at a vehicle I saw online from about 3 hrs away, it took over 4 hrs in this terribly loud dealership to make a deal happen. This salesman was trying to sell me on an interior "warranty" f hrs away, it took over 4 hrs in this terribly loud dealership to make a deal happen. This salesman was trying to sell me on an interior "warranty" for 20 extra a month, of course I said no. Was going through numbers and it was all handwritten on a blank sheet of paper, seemed a bit weird to me and felt like they were hiding something. Had to ask multiple times for a printed breakdown and even more times if the vehicle had 2 keys. I was sitting with this salesman directly in the sun the whole time, never got offered water or anything until at least 2 hrs in. Would not recommend as I feel the communication between managers and salesman was severely lacking and constantly felt like they were holding something back or hiding something from me. More

Not only did they do a bait & switch when I purchased they lied about a gap refund I was entitled to. Instead of mailing it to me or applying it to my loan like they stated, they kept it. Tried calling the dealership 3 more times today, 1st receptionist asked why I wanted to talk to accounting (really?!), 2nd time I was transferred to who knows and the 3rd time my name & number were taken down for a return call. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, inept, unprofessional and unethical More
