Well, I did a thing! Actually a couple of things. I usually buy vehicles where I work or where I know people. This time, I shopped around. I was somewhat disappointed as Actually a couple of things. I was somewhat disappointed as the numbers I got ranged from $2000 over sticker and $2000 upside down in my trades. Well, I’ve seen Michael Hammond at Conicelli post that he can beat any deal that’s what the other dealers said! Well, Michael proved the others wrong and he did what he promised he would do! He got me equity in my trades and a super duper deal on a new truck. To top it off, the truck I wanted was on hold with no delivery date in sight! He got me into a 2022 Tundra TRD Off Road, twin turbo hybrid and my trade values did not change! So after you get pushed around, and before you buy, give Michael Hammond, or David Rivera a call. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! !!!!! When I first met Ben (sales associate) he was very welcoming and professional, he did not come off as a sales person who saw dollar signs. He !!!!! When I first met Ben (sales associate) he was very welcoming and professional, he did not come off as a sales person who saw dollar signs. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer any question I had. I truly like that he did not want to sale me anything but rather wanted to help me make a choice in buying a car even if it was not from him or this dealer ship. Next I had a conversation with David (sales manager) he was like wise very welcoming and professional also. At no time did he attempt to sale me anything, but he did provide me with more knowledge about the car and the dealer ship itself. Again I truly felt like he did not want to sale me anything but rather wanted to help me make a choice in buying a car even if it was not from this dealer ship. Finally I met with Tony (finance department) he was also very welcoming and professional. Tony like the others two I worked with did not try and sale me anything, but did provide me with the information I needed to make a decision that was best for me. All in all this was the easiest and absolutely the best car buying experience ever!!!! I would recommend them to any and everyone, So go in and ask for Ben and let your car buying experience begin the right way!!!! More

Dave Rivera (mgr), Jacob Dank and Tony (finance) were all terrific. Jacob was extraordinarily conscientious in updating us on where our vehicle was as we waited for it to come in and when we took delivery h terrific. Jacob was extraordinarily conscientious in updating us on where our vehicle was as we waited for it to come in and when we took delivery he went over all the vehicle features and took his time to make sure we were all set up with our tech and got us in and out in a reasonable amount of time. We have dealt with Dave on previous occasions as well & he is always straightforward, reliable and professional. Tony was great and efficient. Overall a good experience! More
