i was there in april to get a key fob. i saw a sheet on the counter for a full diagnostic and was told it costs $100 approximately. i requested an appt for this service as i was going on v i saw a sheet on the counter for a full diagnostic and was told it costs $100 approximately. i requested an appt for this service as i was going on vacation to the mountains and wanted my brakes checked along with the rest of the the inspection. honda had my ridge line from 815 to 430. when i picked it up i was told the tire tread was checked and the fluids, that’s all. i was specifically told my brakes were not checked. there was no charge but i could have had this minimal service done for 10 min at any oil change business. last week i took it to graham tire for an inspection and my rear brakes were shot. had i drove my truck through the colorado mountains and my brakes go out would have been disastrous. i am very disappointed in honda and felt ignored, unimportant, and tossed aside. i use my truck for my job interviewing inmates in all the state prisons. my husband died in february and i no longer have access to a second vehicle. you had my car for 8 hours for a 10 minute job and i could not work that day. glad for the opportunity to vent. good customer service has become quite existent these days. My last visit was not the best. I was not told in person that I had to pay for the part before they would order it. So, I received a call on a Saturday when I was at a breakfast wit I was not told in person that I had to pay for the part before they would order it. So, I received a call on a Saturday when I was at a breakfast with family. I was put on hold for several minutes. If you look at my history with this dealership you would see that there is not worry that I would not show up and/or not pay for the mirror to be replaced. It was somewhat of an insult over a few hundred dollars. Then the day I took the car in, they could not find the receipt that I had paid and left me waiting while they searched. I was told they would keep looking. I later received a phone call that the work was done and they found the receipt so they knew I had paid for it. I had told them a few times I had for it and how I paid for it, so it was like telling me they didn't believe me until they had proof - just the way it was said, you know? The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, to the point of shopping around for better service in the future. More
