I had been looking for a new car for about a year and then I saw the car I wanted and within days I had met with Dave Williams and test drove the car and LOVED it!! By the end of the week I drove off the lot in my brand new 2012 Jetta on my terms with reasonable payments and the car looking fantastic. I will definetly be recommending Dave Williams to all my friends looking for a car and a good deal, and I cannot leave out Alfie Yannatelli who came and introduced himself to me and did a walk around car to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I'm sure I will be seeing Dave again for a newer VW in a couple of years when my husband takes this one from me. P.S. I have always been a Honda driver and I am now converted to VW.... Thank you for such an easy purchase and working within my time frame. All thats left to be said love Dave and Alfie they are GREAT!!!!!!!

David Williams, Lenny Condi, and I worked this deal out almost 100% via phone and email so that I did not have to make any unnecessary long distance trips to the dealership. Every aspect of my experience with the dealership, and especially the service I received from David, was outstanding. Although I did not work directly with Lenny, he is the one that got the ball rolling and he too made sure that my total experience resulted in a win/win situation for all of us. Thank you for helping me realize that sometimes dreams do come true!

This is my second time buying and Outlander from D'Ambrosio and I have had David Williams as my sales agent both times. I found David to be very knowledgeable and helpful in all dealings and explaining the aspects of the new car I bought. Your service department has always been knowledgeable also and fixed any problems I had with my vehicles. I would recommend this dealership to any family or friends if they asked my opinion.

I am writing to give David a commendation for his outstanding service during the recent purchase of my vehicle from the D’Ambrosio Auto Group. Although I did not purchase a Mitsubishi or Volkswagen this time, David did not treat me any different. He answered all my questions, returned my calls, followed up during and after the sale, and made my new venture a smooth transaction. I was very nervous because I am in the middle of purchasing a home via short-sale and my dates have been changed three times. My car died in the middle of this process and I was torn with what path to take. However, David’s professionalism and easy-going personality helped me make the final decision to purchase my car. I am loving my CLK Mercedes Convertible. I named her CeeCee and she is hot!!!!!

Please recognize him at the next sales meeting because he deserves it. Also, in difficult economic times such as these, some salespersons focus on the close of the sale and forget the process, which begins and ends with excellent customer service. David did not. Bob Whelan was also very influential in helping me get the financing I needed. That is why he is our family’s pick. My sister started with him on her Galant, my mother drives a Galant, and my niece and daughter will soon need cars. No guessing on who we will be calling. We love our David! We love Jack too but that’s for his unforgettable demeanor & personality! Please recognize them all for an outstanding job for the D’Ambrosio team!

Outstanding Customer Service and product knowledge. Everyone at the dealership was freindly and made us feel like finding the vehicle we wanted for a reasonable price was their top priority. What impressed me the mowt was that our sales person, David went above and beyond in getting the vehicle with the options I wanted brought in from an out of state dealership and he made sure I thoroughly undersood how everything worked. He even synched my phone to the bluetooth! I highly reccomend Jeff D'Ambrosio to anyone in the market for a car.

David and Leonard were very accomadating to my fiancee and myself when we were looking to purchase a new Spyder. They located the color I wanted from a dealership in NY, and were able quickly get it for us in the price range we asked for. When we picked up the car, it was nighttime and I did not notice that the front seat had a scratch on it. We contacted David when we got home that night about replacing the whole seat, and it was not a problem at all. David and Leonard looked at the seat and were more than happy to replace it at my request. I was very pleased with the service and polite manner of everyone we dealt with, and I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for great service and a great deal.

I loved the service and I always heard such good things about this dealership from my sister and a few coworkers. David was very helpful, and he also so kindly called to follow up on how I was enjoying the new vehicle. he also was very prompt on faxing information about the car to get the whole sale figured out in only a few days. it was a fantastic experience and in the future I will continue to buy all of my new vehicles from the downingtown jeff d'ambrosio.

Your dealership makes money by selling cars, that's why you're there.
But in reality (at least in my experience), you are selling dreams. I never thought in a million years that I would be able to buy a new car. I believe that my sales person's goal was not to make a sale, but to put me in a car, no matter what. I sincerely believe that my hapiness came first, and the bottom line was a distant second. Usually when a salesman says "Let me talk to my manager", it's the kiss of death. When Lenny came to the desk to talk to me, I felt like he was the head coach, and he was telling me to put all my faith in his QB and his team. I'm still in shock, a week later after taking delivery of the vehicle.
Your business is to sell cars. Your attidude and professionalism, and ability to not only listen to the customer but hear and work with them, means you will continue to make sales. And dreams come true. Thank You!

I have been working with David Williams at Jeff D'Ambrosio for the past 10 years! He has given me great service and has made me happy everytime, thats why I keep going back!! I can not complain. Joel is always so helpful, and makes it a happy expierence everytime. I'll be back again!
