David had a horrible attitude and customer service. I definitely DO NOT recommend this location or working with David unless you want to be yelled at and disrespected for literally no reason. I did speak with Pat a manager and she did apologize for the awful experience. Whoever worked on my car left oil and dirt prints all over the inside of my door. I'm never returning to this location for anything. -0/10 Do Not Recommend! More

David Bohn was extremely cranky . I presented oil change coupon for $49.99 that was sent to me by Nissan. He entered coupon value at almost $53. When I pointed out the discrepancy and I presented oil change coupon for $49.99 that was sent to me by Nissan. He entered coupon value at almost $53. When I pointed out the discrepancy and asked him to correct it , he started blaming me for using shuttle service and got upset over me insisting on honoring coupon value. I did share this experience manager who was nearby and not much reaction. I was planning on getting few recommended service done worth almost $1500 but I am no longer sure whether I want to do this. More

One star because there is no zero. Worst experience I have ever had with car repair! The service was extremely slow! They needed 2 days to find a very simple malfunction and another d Worst experience I have ever had with car repair! The service was extremely slow! They needed 2 days to find a very simple malfunction and another day to fix it! Even though I repeatedly mentioned that I was traveling and needed the car ASAP, they were completely indifferent. Their customer care is non-existent. Additionally, they charged me more than X3 the normal price and they tried to scam me to replace completely operational parts! I would never recommend and never visit again. More
