David Cassout is a great salesman. Never once did he talk down to us or act arrogant, which is typical of a lot of car salesmen. Shields also has a great Warranty Forever Program that Never once did he talk down to us or act arrogant, which is typical of a lot of car salesmen. Shields also has a great Warranty Forever Program that is included with the car we purchased. The finance manager, Teresa, was also great. She explained everything so it was easy to understand and you knew exactly what you were paying for and what it will cost. We will defintely be going back to Shields. More
