Don’t make th Their fees, taxes, and additional charges are significantly higher than other dealerships, and it won’t come up until the very end. Don’t make the same mistake I made (or others…read the other reviews. I wish I had seen them before visiting this dealership.) I did a lot of research about the car I wanted to buy — a pre-owned Ford Escape. I visited several other dealerships, but decided to drive more than an hour to see a car here that was listed for $21K. I made an appointment, and despite several people calling me to confirm the appointment, when I arrived and asked some questions about the car, I was told it had not been serviced yet. OK. Thalia passed me off to David whom I spent several hours with trying to explain my situation and the numbers I was trying to make work. I drove up there b/c the car was listed at a good price, and with the typical fees would have been good. Plus, they said they would honor the trade-in value I was quoted by Carvana for my current car ($16,200) After we shook on a deal, I was passed off to P.J., the finance guy, and all the numbers changed. All David had done was added a year to my plan to make my number work instead of the agreed-upon 72 months. They had already removed my license plates from my old car, and I had cleaned it out, thinking we had agreed on a number. This is when I should have walked out the door! It’s on me because I could not find my glasses, I was tired from the haggling and hungry, and still had to go to work. I signed the paperwork despite asking and not understanding the answers I was getting to my questions. P.J. kept saying “it’ll make sense in the end” and pushing all these extra warranties. The equity going towards the pre-owned car should have been $4,400. So that brings the cost of the car to $16,600. Somehow, I ended up with a loan for $25K. That is $8,000 more!!! This is false advertising; it was deceitful and should be illegal. On top of leaving there feeling sick to my stomach, I had to pull over twice because the check engine light went on, and one tire only had a pressure of 13. The next day, Thalia sent me a document showing work done on the car that was not on the car fax, including an oil leak that had just been repaired, seemingly while I was there. That should have been disclosed. Before you add a generic response to contact the general manager, I already have… They will give me $2,200 off the loan for a warranty I repeatedly said I did not want. But this is still not good enough. I will be reporting my experience to the BBB. I am writing this review because while I spent a lot of time researching what type of car I wanted to buy, I did not look at the reviews for different dealerships. Had I read previous reviews about this place, I never would have made the trip. Do better! You ripped me off. Do NOT shop here. More

🚨 WARNING: One of the Worst Service Experiences – Stay FAR Away from Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge (Little Falls, NJ) This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service department, and I f FAR Away from Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge (Little Falls, NJ) This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service department, and I feel a responsibility to share it to help others avoid the same costly mistake. My experience with the service manager Dave at this dealership was filled with lies, negligence, overcharging, and disrespect from beginning to end. I brought in my 2019 Dodge Ram due to strange noises. Dave fresco told me the flexplate was damaged and quoted me $1,981.77 for the repair. I was also charged $350 for a diagnostic, which he claimed would include a full check of the engine, transmission, and related systems if I approved the repair. I left my van with them for three days, expecting professional service. When I called their own parts department during that time, I was told the flexplate costs just $129. Yet, I was charged nearly $2,000 for that part and basic labor — no additional repairs were performed. After picking up the van and driving it for just 72 hours, the transmission began slipping. I returned to speak to Dave fresco, and he literally told me to “keep driving it — it’ll get better.” I’m not a mechanic, which is why I brought it to a dealership in the first place. I trusted them to do the job right. A few weeks later, my transmission completely failed. I asked for the promised diagnostic report — and Dave fresco casually said, “We don’t have one.” He admitted their “diagnosis” was just someone “listening to the engine.” That is not a diagnostic. That is a scam. Worse yet, I discovered from a third-party certified shop that the transmission had NO FLUID in it. Yes, they forgot to refill the transmission fluid after removing it to access the flexplate. The technician even showed me metal shavings in the oil after refilling it — likely due to damage caused by running the transmission dry for over a month. This wasn’t just sloppy work — it was negligence that destroyed my transmission. To this day, my van has been sitting dead in my driveway for over 2.5 months. I’ve had to rent a vehicle just to keep my business running. I called Dave over 10 times, left voicemails — not a single response. Not once did he stand up, take accountability, or offer any resolution. In fact, he wouldn’t even stand up from his chair to speak to me face-to-face. He gave me attitude like I was bothering him. I’ve since called multiple reputable mechanics and dealerships, all of whom confirmed that the same repair should’ve cost between $700–$800, completed same day, and included proper testing and diagnostics. None of them could believe what I was charged for what little was done. 🔴 Dave fresco is unprofessional, dishonest, and should not be allowed near a customer service desk. 🔴 Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge is disorganized, negligent, and willing to take your money without doing the job right. 🔴 They left me with a destroyed vehicle, no support, no accountability, and thousands of dollars in damages. Please take my advice and STAY AWAY from this dealership. They took my hard-earned money, caused major damage to my business vehicle, and then completely disappeared. Shame on you, Dave fresco. You are the worst representative of customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I hope this review helps prevent others from falling into the same trap. More

They did a good job although the price of an oil change went from $60 to $90 in a couple of months. Other than that the place is nice and the wait wasn't too long. went from $60 to $90 in a couple of months. Other than that the place is nice and the wait wasn't too long. More
