My Review Of Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
I needed to get out of bad deal I was in from a previous dealer. Darren did a great job getting me a better rate and overall a better car!! I am very pleased. Ryan however was absent throughout the entire sale and only seemed concerned with his commission on the deal even though he did no work. After I wrote this review I went to pick up my car and let me tell you everything went down hill! I left the dealership around 2 pm and was told I would be called when my car was ready. I went home and received a call around 4:30pm that my car was ready to be picked up. I went down to the dealership and they asked me to wait because they weren't sure where my car was. I waiting for them to find the car after about 35 minutes and they pulled it around front. When they did I noticed that the car had not been washed or detailed. I was very displeased to find this out. They handed me the keys and I asked 1) is there another key and 2) why does the car still have stickers and markings on it? He had taken the key he gave me and said I will look into that. After another 30 minutes he finally came back and said it would take 40+ mins to get the car washed and that they were looking for the other key. I asked why they called me if my car was not ready and where is that you get the cars washed? Ill take it over myself, this should have been done before I was called. He gave me very bad directions, no name, no number, and no wash ticket. I had asked for my key back and he said it was in the car, I had told him no you took it when you were looking for the second key, He swore it was in the car and I told him go look, he did, and the key was not in the car. He finally found the first key and at the same time the second, after that is when he gave me the shoddy directions to his car wash, after looking for the place for a few minutes I gave up looking and figured I would have it taken care of when I came back tor drop off the second key to my old car. I was also told that I would receive a $25 gas card for filling out this review, only thing is they didn't have anymore gas cards, and they told me to come back. I came back on Monday and they still didn't have any. However they said I needed to come back a third time, I said its not worth it I will have already spent the 25 in gas coming back and forth. The same day I picked up the car I left figuring I would just have them wash it when I dropped off the 2nd key to my previous vehicle. Monday when I returned they said it would only take 30 minutes to get my car washed. I waited 3.5 hours for them to wash and detail the car. Now, I am normally a very patient women but for you to take 3 hours to service a vehicle and call me when it is clearly not ready, not washed, mud still on the inside of the car, markings on the windows, then make me take it myself to get washed and give me bad directions and no wash ticket, and finally to make me come back again and make me wait another 3.5 hours to get the car washed and detailed is bad customer service. I was very happy with the selection, the prices were high compared to other dealers, the financing process was great and Darren did a wonderful job. I am not happy about the delivery of the car at all. You take entirely took long to service cars, wash and detail, and you make promises of things that you don't keep. I would say they will get you the car you want, and be able to get you a very good finance rate, but they are like a couple of xxxxxxx with a math problem when it comes to delivering the car to the customer.
