My Honda Insight told me that I had a Systems Failure and Do Not Drive. The car was so locked up that I couldn’t put it into Neutral and push it off the road. I had Car towed to Germain Honda of Naples . The first person I spoke to was David. He made us feel comfortable and reassured us that he would do his best. Well David under promised, but OVER DELIVERED. 25 hours after the mechanical fuel pump failure, he had us on our way .Thanks you David. You are the best! More

I had moved from New jersey to Florida and was told there was a recall on the 2019 Honda. I had to go to Germain Honda to take care of it and was very happy with the service.
