Was surprised about the level of tasks involved in returning a leased vehicle with the intent to purchase. Although there’s no price negotiation, going through sales seems to be unnecessary. I suggest a value add process review (kaizen) to make it easier for a customer going through this process and have a more enjoyable customer experience. More
