After a few years of taking my car to Mercedes Benz of Easten for service, I always received poor customer service and poor maintenance jobs. After doing some research, I finally decided to take my car to Easten for service, I always received poor customer service and poor maintenance jobs. After doing some research, I finally decided to take my car to Crown Mercedes Benz - Dublin they were very knowledgeable, and have a genuine concern for you and your vehicle. They addressed every concern I had and got my car fixed right away. My advisor was Dave Kohler, he kept up great communication, went above and beyond to explain what was wrong with my car and I got my car in and out on the same day. I was happy with the service I received from them and definitely recommend this dealership service to everyone. Thank you Dave Kohler again for the great service. More

Dave Kohler has been my service advisor for many years and always goes out of his way to make each visit smooth and easy. He text or calls me if they find any unusual issues in a timely manner, strives t and always goes out of his way to make each visit smooth and easy. He text or calls me if they find any unusual issues in a timely manner, strives to have the car ready on time and cleaned and is trustworthy and honest.
