Buyer BEWARE! !!!!!! I had originally posted a good review for this dealership, but after the experiences that I have with this business, I have decided to edit th !!!!!! I had originally posted a good review for this dealership, but after the experiences that I have with this business, I have decided to edit this review and share this with whomever shall read it , this review WILL NOT be recanted. Upon going into this dealership the buying experience was a total joke and thats just the beginning. We purchased a vehicle that needed some repair work done to the car and after some time haggling about it the dealership decided to give us a due bill for the work to be performed. I went to take the vehicle in for service at my appointed time and after 7 hours later, yes I said 7 hours later, this is what transpired. It took them 2 hours before they even looked at my vehicle to decide it needed 2 ball joints replaced before they could do the alignment and balance, ok so they paid for those, which they should have. They never did get back with me during the process to let me know how things were progressing, but 5 hours later it was supposedly fixed. The next day that my husband drove it to work and it made a horrible sound, metal on metal and had a terrible vibration, which it didnt before we took it in. He called the service department and after speaking to Service Advisor/People Relation manager, they said have our mechanic look at , and they would reimburse us because we were too scared to drive it. Upon having our mechanic look at it all he had to do was take his fingers and could turn the lug nuts on the right tire, they werent even tightened!!!! Also they couldnt get the lug nut out of the left tire, so they took a hammer and chissel and cut it off and caused damage to the rim around the lug hole. Upon discovering this and being very upset, my husband contacted Christina and the Service Manager David and demanded that they make this right, if that wheel wouldve came off it wouldve been casatrophic. Well they said bring it in they would look at it, well thats alll they have done, they wont answer or return our calls, after saying they would possibly replace the two front rims. This is unacceptable!!!!!! They are acting like they dont care and this is a poor excuse for customer relations. Trust me, do not take your vehicle to be serviced here for anything. I will also be leaving a review on Facebook and as well as the BBB. There is no excuse for treating your customers this way and after everything that we have experienced at this dealership it was a huge mistake, one that wont be made again. EXCELLENT I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I bought a car that's had problems from day one, back in January. Since then, I've been trying hard to get GM and my auto finance company to work with me and get swapped a new car that's safe for me and my fiance (and a little one on the way!) Dan Cummins team, especially Glenn , Chris, and Jeremy, went absolutely above and beyond my expectations to help get me into a brand new car, which I love! And I know will be dependable. Endless thanks to the team at Dan Cummins for genuinely caring about me, my fiance, and my little girl that I'm expecting just two months from now. You guys are the best! More

Hands down THE best car buying experience EVER We recently purchased our 3rd vehicle (in 5 months!), from John Hinkson, at Dan Cummins!! This time it was a beautiful 2015 Chevrolet Silverado z71 M We recently purchased our 3rd vehicle (in 5 months!), from John Hinkson, at Dan Cummins!! This time it was a beautiful 2015 Chevrolet Silverado z71 Midnight Edition, the last purchase was a sweet 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS and the first purchase was a 2011 Nissan Altima for our daughter. I'll be honest, the very thought of car shopping puts me in a bad mood. So for these guys to win me over, it's a BIG deal. My husband is a die-hard for a good deal (and he knows his stuff, he used to sell cars) so if a dealership has earned his business 3 times, they are definitely doing something right!! John Hinkson is phenomenal...a truly nice guy who values his clients, is upfront and honest and treats people with a great deal of respect. He's earned our business for life. I want to mention that on deal number 2, we hit a snag at one point, a feature was listed on the website that the car wasn't actually eligible for, but Josh Cummins met with us personally and told us he'd honor the listing....that was HUGE! Every person we've encountered at the dealership has been awesome and we've walked away happy each time. We'll continue to buy from Dan Cummins and I would encourage you to do the same. It's not often that you find a company who values their customers the way they do!!! More
